“We loved everything about the Guest House at Dry Creek Ranch. The house itself was immaculately clean. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the house itself was charming and comfortable. There were fresh flowers in our rooms, a lovely homemade breakfast, and everything you could possibly imagine to make our stay perfect. Ryan was so nice to work with, and offered us great suggestions. I can’t recommend Dry Creek Ranch highly enough!”

“This is a lovely cottage that has been updated and is very quaint and comfortable. Nice linens and comfy beds. The setting is on manicured acreage surrounded by beautiful trees. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend this if looking to stay in this area for any function or antique festival.”
“Wonderful & thoughtful hosts, it is perfect house for a quiet getaway. House was very clean, was fully stocked. Hosts were very communicative and had fresh pastries, cookies, and gift basket when we arrived. They delivered home made breakfast for us too. It was like staying in a private B&B. Beautiful countryside, I would highly recommend, and stay again in a heartbeat!”

“This property was fabulous and perfect! We spent a few days at the Warrenton Antique Show. (It was only about a 20 minute Drive to round top and Warrenton area.). The Grounds were immaculate and beautiful. We enjoyed our coffee on the two different patio/porch areas every morning before heading for Warrenton. So peaceful! We loved Watching the deer move across the pasture across the road. Inside the house, was very clean and decorated with treasured family antiques. Amenities were very modern and comfortable. The owners live in another house near this B&B and are so friendly and helpful. The beds were so cozy and inviting when we made ourselves go to bed at night. Such a beautiful place owned by beautiful people. I have absolutely no complaints and Can’t wait to go back!”
